A renovation of two New York City hotel penthouses, totaling 850 square feet each with an additional 650 square feet of outdoor space, providing a tranquil retreat in the city. A marriage of suburban comfort and urban cool is achieved with sophisticated art selections, wire-brushed wood flooring and furniture with tailored silhouettes and luxe textures. Visual interest is injected into the overall neutral palette with bold color accents and patterns found in carpeting and fabrics. Each space has a kitchen, balcony, bedroom, full-bath, living and dining rooms, making them suitable for a brief trip or long-term stay.
