A new construction rental property with 57 one or two bedroom units providing residents with fully furnished bedrooms and kitchens in private apartments as well as public indoor and outdoor communal living areas. Custom casegoods at bedrooms were designed to act as modular pieces that can be easily assembled to fit together in different room types while giving the appearance of a built-in millwork piece. Casegoods also maximize storage for residents while navigating the tight quarters at each room.
